We ship priority mail(unless it is light enough to send 1st class) usually within 2 days after purchase.

RETURNS:
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
Request for return must be made within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) less 15% restocking fee will be refunded only if all the original tags are attached and it's returned as originally packaged.
Custom made orders are not always refundable.
Unauthorized returns will be donated to a local charity unless shipping is paid to send the package back.
We do not refund shipping or pay to reship 'if it was not our error' such as an incorrect shipping address is listed on your ecrater,Google or Paypal accounts.
