Are Plarn items exactly as pictured?
Plarn is made by cutting strips from plastic bags,so no two are exactly alike.We make them to resemble the pictures in color as close as possible.
Do you add handling charges?
There are no handling charges.The only thing added in is delivery confirmation charge.That way you will also get a tracking number on your order emailed to you.
When is payment expected?
Payment must be received within 10 days of sale unless other arrangements are made.If payment is not made and no contact, item will be relisted.
Do you do special orders?

Are you a smoke free home?
Yes we are a smoke free/pet free home.Sometimes our yarn is purchased at garage sales so wouldn't be able to guarantee that it is pet free but will not use any yarn that smells of smoke.If it is an issue contact us and we will let you know where the yarn is from.Also our used pattern books come from many different sources so may have odors that are not from our home.Any we detect are sprayed with Febreeze but if odors bother you,you might want to pass on these.Contact us if there are any questions
